What do I do if my order is lost or missing?
If the tracking information for your package confirms delivery and you cannot locate the delivered package, please follow the steps below:
- Check with neighbors and family members
- Look around the delivery location
- Check for notice of attempted delivery
- Contact the carrier directly who can assist further
Note: UNTETHERED monitors claims of lost, missing, wrong and damaged items for abuse. Lost, missing, wrong and damaged items must be reported immediately upon receipt of the shipment, and any damaged, wrong, missing items must be reported immediately upon receipt of the shipment. UNTETHERED reserves the right to limit or deny the reshipment or credit of an order/item in all instances.
Does UNTETHERED Accept Returns?
Because our creations are hand-prepared, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if any of the items sent do not conform to your order, or should the items be defective, they will be replaced and the return costs will be paid by UNTETHERED. What are your sustainability practices?
UNTETHERED is committed to sustainability. We use 100% natural coconut and soy wax, and our products are free from parabens, phthalates, and formaldehyde. We are also cruelty-free and vegan. We continuously seek ways to minimize our environmental impact throughout our production and packaging processes.
